Donations: When you donate through the "Donate Now" button or QR code, you're taken to Givebutter, a third-party payment processor. Givebutter collects your name, email, and payment information directly. We receive donor name, email, and donation amount from Givebutter, but we do not collect or store your payment details ourselves.
Funding Applications: Our site provides a downloadable PDF application for scholarships and hardship assistance. If you complete and email this form to info@stccc.foundation, you're sending us personal information directly, which may include your name, contact information, and details about your financial or personal circumstances. This information is sent to us over email, not collected through the website itself.
Cookies: Our website is built on Wix and uses Wix's standard cookies to run the site (things like remembering your session and basic site functionality). We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising or tracking tools.

To process and acknowledge donations
To review and respond to funding/scholarship applications

Application materials emailed to us are stored securely and access is limited to Foundation board members and staff involved in reviewing applications. Data Retention
We retain application materials and donor records only as long as needed for program administration, financial recordkeeping, and legal/tax compliance requirements applicable to 501(c)(3) organizations.
